The mission of Building Hearts Foundation is to build people on both sides of the border. We accomplish this through home building projects which bring people together, where hope for a better future is created, and hearts are strengthened and bonded for a lifetime.

Building Hearts Foundation is working to deliver communities from poverty that holds them captive and hopeless. Our Foundation is predominately focused on alleviating poverty in Tijuana Mexico by providing clean and secure housing for families suffering inhumane living conditions.  By providing a dry and safe environment gives impoverished families a new baseline and ability to thrive and create a better future.  

At the core of Building Hearts Foundation’s mission is building and strengthening individuals and families.  Over the many years of leading service projects, we have learned that it’s not about the homes, it’s about the people.  Disregarding age, skill level or abilities, it is incredible how much we can learn and do in such a short time when engaged in serving others in need.  These projects provide a platform for us to change our perspectives, build greater appreciation for that which we have, and fill us with charity for others which brings true and lasting joy!

Building Hearts Foundation provides much needed assistance to local Mexican orphanages.  These orphanages, called "Casa Hogar's" are filled with children that have been abandoned by their parents.  Most Casa Hogar's have very limited funding to care for their children.  We support by providing food, construction resources and other supplies. More importantly we spend time with the children where we all feel kindness, compassion and love.
